Swedish Massage
A full body massage helps relaxation, improves local tissue circulation, increases range of motion, & relieves stress & muscle tension. Enjoy absolute relaxation.
Deep Tissue/Myofascial
Deep tissue is a general category of massage that focuses on approaches to realign & release the body’s deeper layers of muscles & fascial connective tissue. Session is specifically designed to alleviate chronic muscle tension or injury of the body.
Sports Massage
Uses specific techniques designed to provide therapeutic impact for the unique physical needs of sport. Maintenance, pre & post event massage, & rehabilitation techniques to assist the healing tissues. Stretching & mobilization techniques are used. Energizing.
Therapeutic Massage
Stimulates weak, inactive muscles; therefore partially compensating for lack of activity & exercise resulting from illness or injury. Regular sessions may aid in recovery from exercise or injury.
Pregnancy Massage
Massage can help ease the aches and pains one may experience as the body changes during pregnancy. Therapist has received specialized training in this modality.

I’ve been seeing Vladimer for over 5 years. Before Vladimer I was seeing a massage therapist whom I thought no one could do my body good as she did. But I was wrong... the first massage I had from Vladimer I was hooked. He knew exactly what I needed and he fixed it. I’m a member and do not plan on leaving and time soon. If you have kinks that need to be worked out Vladimer is the one that can get it done for you. I highly recommend him!

Vladamir is an excellent therapist, and I don't use that term lightly. I have been going to massage places for over 15 years and it wasn't until I came across Vlad that I realized why massage was truly therapeutic. I used to get a massage for me, it was relaxing and felt good to just go get pampered for an hour, but I had never had a therapist actually take a kink out of my neck, or make my shoulder muscles stay relaxed for a few weeks at a time. I would recommend Vladamir to anyone who needs results driven massage therapy. He can do the feel good stuff too, but his forte is digging in and fixing the problem.
