A powerful healing therapy: "Myofascial / deep tissue massage" is the name of the art practiced at Remedy. It's hard to find in this country, mostly because our "healthcare system" doesn't cover it. This is not that gentle-touch, New Age incense massage you know. It's kneading, pushing and stretching in a unique space between physical therapy, chiropractic and massage. It's rigorous, firm, often uncomfortable (though never harmful) , but it leaves you more flexible, stronger and better able to build muscle afterward. I started on the recommendation of my physical therapist. It's helped me make enormous gains in strength and flexibility through exercise, after a chronic condition badly atrophied both. Vlad listens to you and works with you toward the functional outcome you're after. He has my highest recommendation.

This guy Vladimir can feel your body. I had a feeling that I don't need to tell him anything. He touches the muscles and knows where the problem is and how to fix it. This is the true therapeutic massage and it will be painful. I think the pain is inevitable, but in a good way.
